As first time parents, we knew we wanted a doula to be a part of our birth team. Amy came recommended by our Midwife and supported us every step of the way. The prenatal visits were helpful and made me feel confident in laboring at home before heading to the hospital. Once we got there, it was invaluable to have Amy partnership as we navigated labor and delivery. Our birth plan had to change at the last minute due to unforeseen labor complications, and we were so grateful to have Amy there with us as a sounding
board and steady, supportive voice when things became urgent. We welcomed our daughter Sloane safely in April 2026 - thank you, Amy, for being a part of her birth story!

From our prenatal meetings, she helped us feel confident and prepared by walking us
through different labor positions and counterpressure techniques, which made such a
difference when the time came.When labor started, Amy met us at our home in the middle of the night before we headed to the birth center, and her calm, steady presence immediately put me at ease. I experienced intense back labor and leg cramps, and she was incredible at providing counterpressure and offering new ideas and positions to help me cope throughout the entire process. Thanks to her support, I was able to deliver my 9 lb. 6 oz baby boy naturally at the birth center, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without her. I had the very best experience having Amy as my doula. She is so extremely: educated,
talented, kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. Our baby wouldn't flip face down, Amy taught me many movements, stretches and exercises to help the baby flip. Also, Amy taught me so many amazing breathing strategies to keep my stress down during birthing, and to help prevent tearing. Amy also thoroughly educated me on advocating for things I want and don't want during my delivery experience. She also taught me great things to ask for and avoid for the best, most pleasant, safest and healthiest birthing experience. She is the best! I'd 100% recommend hiring Amy as your doula. She is so wonderful!! So grateful and blessed to have her as my doula.
