Since I started back in 2022, I've walked alongside families as they welcome their babies into the world. My approach is rooted in faith, evidence-based care, and the simple belief that every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported.
Whether you're planning your first birth or your fifth, my mission is the same — to bring calm, confidence, and continuous encouragement to your journey.

Alissa's birth story
- Alissa at this time, was a patient of ours at Western OB/GYN. She asked if I could run over to the hospital during her birth. I was working that day, so I ran over on my lunch break and did some counter pressure for about 30 minutes (time I had for break) and showed her hubby how to do it too. She was in very active labor.
*After her daughter Hadley was born, she sent me a text that I will never forget…
"Again, words can't describe what you did for me the last few weeks of my pregnancy and yesterday. You are wonderful Amy! There is a reason we met, and we're placed in each other's lives at the time we were!!"

Birth Package Doula Includes:
**Prenatal Support** - Two prenatal visits (additional prenatal visits available upon request). Support during labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period.
**Postnatal Support** - One postpartum visit (additional postnatal visits available upon request).
24-hour phone/text/email support starting from week 36.
I provide unbiased, evidence-based information tailored entirely to your needs and preferences. Use it to design your dream birth plan.
Provide comfort, advocacy, and support during labor, birth and immediate postpartum.
Help breastfeeding latch and positions, if needed.
Package Pricing: $1500
Pricing may change based on additional meetings and services requested to meet your needs.
A non-refundable fee of $500 of the agreed price is due at the time the doula agreement is signed and received.
The remaining balance is due at week 37 of gestation.
I am available to answer questions Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm CST. I do my best to respond to email and text messages within 24-48 hours or next business day.
I will be accepting Medicaid (MA) and other medical insurance soon! Please let me know if you're interested in this service.
